Consultation

Very often, we can feel stuck or, otherwise, out of our element about something that comes up unexpectedly or even something that's been going on for far too long without any evidence of productive change. We may not feel the need for "full-blown" psychotherapy, but desire input from an experienced professional. This may involve:
-
navigating a difficult medical diagnosis
-
having difficult conversations
-
supporting a loved one who is challenged by living independently
-
caring for someone who has a dementia diagnosis
-
effectively communicating with someone who has dementia
-
transitioning between "levels of care," or helping someone make this transition (independent living to assisted living or memory support)
-
learning to embrace change
-
impending death

Consultation services provide personalized guidance around life's difficult transitions. The primary goal is achieving a sense of empowerment to navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and embrace the future with confidence.
