Reiki for Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes healing. Reiki energy is transmitted through the hands. It's based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki helps to bring our life force back into balance.

Reiki for Home Energy Clearing

We can unwittingly bring negative energy into our homes through “bad days at the office,” arguments with loved ones, experiencing long bouts of depression or anger, or unintentionally inviting someone into our space who carries unhealthy energy with them. Or, perhaps we’ve moved into a coveted new home or apartment, but something about the space just feels “off” and it doesn’t have the feel-good vibe that we expected once we move in. We’re likely picking up on the energy of the previous inhabitants.

When not intentionally moved or removed, energy lingers, both positive and negative. This lingering energy can easily become stagnant and, eventually, it affects our health, our moods, and our emotional wellbeing. Opening windows and doors can often help to “clear the air” and get the chi (qi, ki) moving again. Implementing Feng Shui practices can also help tremendously; however, sometimes this isn’t enough and the space requires clearing and cleansing.

Reiki house cleansing is a practice that combines the principles of Reiki energy healing with space clearing techniques to purify and revitalize a home's energy. It aims to remove stagnant or negative energy and replace it with positive, harmonious vibrations.
